    You know what I really like about this commercial? Kid Vader is a girl.

    That’s a kind of daring decision, especially since they never showed her face. It would have been easy to portray a male Star Wars fan, or even make Vader gender-neutral. The only change would be a non-pink bedroom.

    In fact, her gender almost had to be a conscious decision.

    Kudos, Volkswagen!

    But, it could be a boy in his sister’s bedroom. Either way it made us think!
