No Children in Church [bad.hack]

Because nothing says “radical hospitality” like a “no children in church” sign.  Sheesh!

From the article, the two United Methodists churches explicitly welcome children in worship, criers and all.  Represent!

I can't imagine visiting a church of that size for the first time and leaving a 1-year-old with strangers at a 2-story indoor playground. The whole concept sounds so authoritarian. I rebel!

I wonder if have a similar sign barring people with colds. All that coughing can be distracting, you know.

Of course, that would affect the well-to-do elderly in the congregation and not just the young adults with children, so I doubt that would be approved.

What's the point of having children who don't understand sitting in church being a distraction to those that want to hear a message? All churches provide nurseries, always thought it lazy on the part of parents who didn't take their children/babies there.

Picture didn't show up in yourpost, so you loose a bit.
